Cool Products Poor Customer Service

I completed an order for a sweatshirt on May 5th and after a week of no type of shipping information I decided to email them. They then told me the product (which they accepted my payment of) is out of stock and Id have to wait until its restocked. I then sent a response (the same day they emailed me) asking why the product was not shown as out of stock, why they never considered notifying me and an estimated shipping date. Two weeks later I still have no response, no refund , and no idea when or if Ill ever get what I paid for. Dont purchase from here unless you are sure the product is in stock.
