I love Rads app - its easy to shop and buy things. Rad is indeed Rad.

Super easy to shop all the items I want and then checkout. I prefer to shop on the app than the actual website.
The sales are awesome and I love this store. Buy the sweatshirts.
PayPal needs to be logged in through the app? Which is really weird.. Id feel more comfortable making a purchase if I were directed to the PayPal site like other websites and apps.
Its easy to and smooth navigate with an easy menu. Some items of clothing wouldnt show up in some categories for example I could find a shirt or two that was on the website that wasnt on the app, but it could be that it just didnt load.
Otherwise this app isnt too bad and I love the clothing so Im more than happy to have it on my phone.
Their shirts are always a hit no matter what the occasion.
Some bad moments
I completed an order for a sweatshirt on May 5th and after a week of no type of shipping information I decided to email them. They then told me the product (which they accepted my payment of) is out of stock and Id have to wait until its restocked. I then sent a response (the same day they emailed me) asking why the product was not shown as out of stock, why they never considered notifying me and an estimated shipping date. Two weeks later I still have no response, no refund , and no idea when or if Ill ever get what I paid for. Dont purchase from here unless you are sure the product is in stock.
How is this app allowed on the AppStore ? Theyve got some cool sweaters but I made an order over 2 weeks ago and still havent received a delivery email nor a tracking number! The sweaters were garanteed to arrive within a week and Im still waiting for a tracking number from them, but rest assure, the money was taken right away... Amateur hour on the AppStore #LAME
There is nothing to really pick from the clothing looked cheap and not that even cool
I love the ease of use of this app plus I really like not having to worry about my cart clearing if I exit or close the app. Its everything I want from an online shopping app. Great job! Plus the clothes are awesome
The fact that the app exists makes my venture through the online store that much easier. Love the merchandise this company features and would definitely recommend this to everyone!!
